I have had some issues with other brands of numnahs where I have had to use pads to protect the horse's back and make the saddle apply equal pressure on the back. Over the past year I have been using the Formiga products, which proved to meet all the requirements you can ask for on a great product!
It has been used in dressage, precision but above all in marathon where the horses sweat a lot and the tempo is hard.

...only want to say that we have today used the trotter harness pad for the first time. At first I was a little suspicious due to the thin material. Our pony has problem with a tense back.
He made a fantastic race, overwhelming first place and 6 sec lowering of his record! The pad has to be credited for some of it at least.

...we bought a Formiga numnah as a test for a horse which had back problems.
That was 5 years ago and the pad is still in good shap and in daily use (2-3 times)!
We are very pleased with both the functionality and how easy it is to maintain and clean.
In our school we have 28 horses and half of them use the formiga pad today; we plan to change all the other numnah/pads to the Formiga pad in the future. The biggest advantages are the long life of the product (do they never wear out?) and also the easy care. The horses which today use them are the ones with sensitive backs.
All are better then before!

 | "Han blir sällan svettig under sadeln"
...alla i stallet är mycket nöjda med gjordarna, de håller sadlarna bra på plats, (med islandshästar har vi annars ofta problem med att sadeln åker fram så att bogbladet inte hålls helt fritt).
Gjordarna är lätta att göra rena och torkar fort när de är våta.
Jag är också väldigt nöjd med vojlocken (islandsmodellen) av samma skäl som gjorden, dessutom är den lätt att få fri från hår nu när min islänning fäller den tjocka vinterpälsen. Den verkar också ventilerande, han blir sällan svettig under sadeln!

"I have been riding with Formiga Air Numnah from Formiga Collection under a couple of years. I am more than satisfied - nothing else is needed anymore. Because I am riding professionally, I want to keep a high degree of quality on my riding equipment to limit the risks of sore areas and shafts on my horses.

...etter at vi fikk Formiga seleunderlag har det blitt litt enklere med vedlikeholdet her trengs det bare å børste eller skylle.
Det virker også som at hesten får friere bevegelser da det ligger helt stille, og etter trening er den forholdsvis tørr under selen.
Hesten min har også rekord forbedret seg med 4 tideler etter at vi startet å bruke formiga seleunderlaget. Er kjempe fornøyd med produktet kan anbefales, dette er noe alle hester bør ha.
